Great benefits

Cognition

Omega-3 plays a key role in the structure and functioning of the brain. It supports learning, concentration, and attention span, while also supporting processes related to memory. Consuming it during childhood strengthens cognitive ability and may help in cases of attention deficit.

Vision

Essential for eye health, omega-3 protects the retina and supports proper visual development in childhood. Sufficient intake from an early age helps maintain good visual acuity.

Anti-inflammatory action

Omega-3 is key to maintaining healthy tissues and a balanced and strong immune system from childhood, supporting the natural resolution of inflammation.

Growth

Omega-3 fatty acids play a role in the development and growth of children's muscular and skeletal systems. They help maintain a healthy balance between the formation of new bone and the reduction of its natural wear and tear. For this reason, omega-3 supplementation is considered potentially beneficial for children who have growth problems.

The best ingredients

Fish oil

Fish oil

Provides essential fatty acids that support brain development, vision, and the growth of bones and muscles, while also helping regulate inflammation.

Extra virgin olive oil

Extra virgin olive oil

Extra virgin olive oil is a natural source of monounsaturated fatty acids and phenolic compounds with powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Regular consumption is associated with cardiovascular, metabolic, and digestive benefits, and it is a fundamental pillar of the Mediterranean diet.

What people usually ask us

How long does the product last after opening without oxidizing?

Once opened, it must be stored in the refrigerator (2–8 °C) and consumed within a maximum of 2 months to ensure its properties are preserved. Our oils have excellent freshness (TOTOX well below the GOED limit), which reduces oxidation.

Can I add the product to recipes or hot foods?

Yes, but to maintain effectiveness and preserve the quality of all the ingredients, always add it at the end, when the preparation is cold or at room temperature.

How much fish would a child need to eat to reach your recommended omega-3 dose?

A typical serving of oily fish provides varying amounts of omega-3, from approximately 200 mg in tuna to 2 g in salmon. The key lies not only in the amount per serving, but also in regular consumption. For many children, meeting the recommended daily intake of omega-3 through diet alone can be challenging.

Our omega-3 supplement offers a practical, controlled way to ensure a consistent supply of EPA and DHA, complementing a balanced diet. It may be particularly useful when oily fish intake is insufficient or infrequent.

What is the IFOS Certificate?

When choosing the right Omega-3, it is very important to emphasize that any fish oil marketed today must meet and exceed the strict standards established by GOED Omega-3, the WHO, and the CRN. Therefore, an Omega-3 with IFOS Certification guarantees that it meets these standards.

Having IFOS Certification, like our Omegatex® fish oil, means that it: contains the active ingredients specified on the label; has a concentration of more than 60% EPA and DHA; has PCB levels below 50% (according to CRN standards); has oxidation levels below 75%, ensuring product stability; and has negligible levels of heavy metals and contaminants.

Is it normal for the product to crystallize in the refrigerator?

Yes, it is completely normal. Omega 3 kids contains olive oil, which, when stored cold, as we recommend, may naturally crystallize. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product at all. Simply take it out of the refrigerator for a few minutes and shake it vigorously so that it returns to its usual liquid texture.

Why does Be Levels Omega 3 Kids contain a higher amount of EPA?

Omega 3 Kids has a higher EPA content because it seeks an optimal balance between EPA and DHA, unlike other products that prioritize DHA alone. While DHA is key to brain and visual development, EPA supports inflammation modulation, immune system maturation, and neurodevelopment. That is why the product uses an EPA-favoring ratio, designed to support both the nervous system and immune health during growth, offering a more complete and functional blend of omega-3s for children.

What are Omega-3s?

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that the human body needs but cannot produce on its own in sufficient quantities. The most common types of omega-3 are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are found primarily in fatty fish and algae.
